Customer Service

Go the extra mile, get the extra smile. Customer Service is the portal to our customers and this truly is where the magic happens. The teams work close together towards common goals and develop processes in order to be as excellent and effective as possible. Always keeping customer experience in mind, aiming to put smiles on everyone’s faces.

To be awesome in this department, you obviously need to be a people’s person. It’s also great if you have a little bit of humour and a lot of compassion for others.


Our IT hubs are situated in Helsingborg and Malmö, with a total of approx. 100 employees. We have inhouse teams within Development, Architecture, Strategy and Operations. For example, we develop payment solutions for e-commerce and stores, as well as our my pages and app, with a mission to elevate customer experience. Resurs IT is working with modern technologies such as: Java 11, Spring Boot 2, Javascript, React, Angular, PostgreSQL, Docker, MongoDB, SQL, Elastic Search, Microservices, Scrum,Clair, Sonarqube and Openshift.

Consumer Loans​

Consumer Loans is like a natural hub within Resurs, which most other departments are attached to. The department offers products and solutions to make everyday life easier for customers all over the Nordic region. Consumer Loans is responsible for ensuring that the products are up to date and profitable, as well as increasing cross selling and optimizing the whole process from every angle, in order to offer the best possible solution for our customers.

Payment Solutions

Payment Solutions consist of the sub segments Retail finance, Credit cards and Factoring. Retail Finance, which is the core in our business model, provides a complete omni-channel service throughout the retail process, helping retailers drive sales and customer loyalty. The department offers expertise advice in all parts of the customer journey, which includes everything from strategic planning, optimizing payment solutions and conversion, campaigns and marketing materials to hands-on sales training and support.

Qualities we look for in our candidates for Payment Solutions are: innovative, tech skills, customer orientation, and the ability to seal the deal.


The legal department provides legal counseling to all divisions within Resurs. Legal is a business-oriented department, specialized in banking and insurance. Legal works as a team with high levels of service towards the Resurs Group, aiming to provide proactive, problem-solving, efficient, clear and comprehensible advice. These requirements set high demands on seeing the business as a whole.

The finance department of Resurs handles finance matters for the group as a whole, which includes the subsidiaries and all affiliates in the Nordic countries. It is a department with a broad range of operations that cuts across the group. The core of the finance department works at a group level, handling strategic financial decisions for the entire group. This is where all the strategic decisions are made and where the processes and routines that are to be applied in the rest of the organization, are generated.

Risk & Compliance

There are two functions within Resurs that work with identifying risks from different perspectives. The Compliance function mainly identifies risks relating to bank specific regulations and follow up that these are properly handled in the operations. The Risk Control function controls that the company has appropriate processes for identifying significant risks and that the risks are handled by relevant functions. Risk Control analyzes the risk exposure of the bank and the development of significant risks.

To be part of either the Risk- or the Compliance team, you benefit from a curious mind, with good understanding of regulations and great analytical skills.
